BENJAMIN E. ROLLINS, JR., PE
Benny is the President of EN-TECH Engineering, PA and has more than 30 years experience in commercial and industrial HVAC systems design, contracting, project management and estimating, He specializes in HVAC energy management, peak load management and chilled water systems. He also has extensive experience with comfort HVAC, process HVAC, process & service piping, equipment operating cost analysis and HVAC controls. The broad background of systems provides necessary expertise to provide innovative systems design routinely applied to projects.
Benny has provided designs of all types of commercial HVAC systems including split system heat pumps, water source heat pumps, central VAV systems, radiant floor heating, central hot water systems, heat recovery systems and humidification. He also provides designs of commercial lighting and power. All systems design exceeds the requirements of the Energy Code providing credit for LEED certification.
Benny also has experience in the heavy commercial and industrial fields designing innovative, energy conserving chilled water systems, heat recovery and process cooling systems. Other experience includes cold air distribution, hot water and ice thermal storage, clean steam systems, waste water heat recovery systems and exhaust heat recovery systems.

JAMES DERRICK HAM, PE
Derrick is a Principal of EnTech Engineering, PA. with 16 years of experience in industrial electrical system design as well as engineering field support. Specialized experience includes industrial plant distribution design in both medium and low voltage systems. Other design experience includes process controls and instrumentation, lighting design, motor control, grounding, lightning protection, electrical systems protection, fire alarm systems and solar farm design.
Design analysis expertise includes performing short circuit analysis, arc flash analysis and load flow analysis for building electrical systems. He also has extensive experience through prior field assignments, in actual construction and systems start-ups.

BRANDY BULLOCK JACKSON
Brandy has over 18 years of experience in construction and design, working in project design/drafting, project management and construction administration. Brandy has work with EnTech for 14 years specializing in design and drafting of low voltage electrical distribution, fire alarm systems, lighting design and lighting photometrics and controls.
Brandy is actively pursuing her Master’s Degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University and her North Carolina Architectural Engineer’s license.
